By registering for an IMMT course, you agree to the following policy:  

If a registrant must cancel their enrollment to an IMMT course, they may do so for a full refund up to three months prior to the start date. Cancellation may be accomplished by email or phone with IMMT staff. However, after this period no refunds will be granted. The registrant may transfer their course registration to another student or licensed provider, or they may choose to apply the money to a future course on a one-time basis. 

IMMT reserves the right to cancel a course up to three months prior to the course start date due to an insufficient number of participants, with a full refund granted. In addition, a class may be cancelled due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances such as travel issues or inclement weather. A full credit or refund will be granted depending on the circumstances for the course cancellation. IMMT will contact you via email and/or phone if such circumstances arise. IMMT will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant for the course such as airfare, hotel, car rental, etc.
